Presidential Primacy has turned into presidential supremecy. It has become the imperial presidency.?
What supremacy? Does George Bush get everything he wants? Did Congress propose a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage like Bush asked for? Is he going to stay in office past Jan. 20, 2009?
