I'm currently in a comprehensive hoping to become a Doctor. I am predicted A A A A in my A Levels (Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics) and got an A in all my GCSE's (no A*s). What are my chances of getting into the Imperial College university? and what do most of the other competition usually have?

It sounds like you have a good chance, I know alot of people who have done degrees before med school but thats only because they were rejected.
